1. Acceptance of Agreement
Welcome to Vspark Facilities. By visiting our website or procuring housekeeping, facility management, and manpower staffing services from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding service agreement between Vspark Facilities and the client organization or private individual.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately halt the use of our site and contact our customer relations center to clarify modifications before entering into any physical work order.
2. Scope of Services
Vspark Facilities agrees to deploy trained, background-verified, and disciplined housekeeping manpower according to the service descriptions outlined in your customized Work Order. The specific cleaning schedules, shifts, checklists, chemicals, and mechanical apparatus supplied will be strictly governed by the mutual contract terms signed during onboarding.
Any additions or adjustments to the housekeeping scope (such as requesting exterior elevation glass washing or painting services mid-contract) will require a written amendment and may incur auxiliary pricing rates.
3. Staff Deployment & Safety
The safety and dignity of our deployed housekeepers, supervisors, and technicians are paramount. We strictly enforce the following policies:
- Verification: All deployed personnel undergo rigorous police clearance checks and carry valid biometric identity cards.
- Supervision: Dedicated Vspark supervisors will carry out periodic on-site audits and check compliance metrics.
- Workplace Safety: The client must guarantee a safe, non-hostile work environment. For specialized operations like high-rise facade elevator cleaning, the client must ensure proper anchor points are clear of obstacles.
- Non-Solicitation: The client explicitly agrees not to directly hire, employ, or solicit any housekeeper deployed by Vspark Facilities during the contract period and for a period of one (1) year after its termination without our written consent.
4. Payments, Billing & Tenders
Our payment and billing cycles are designed to ensure seamless operational liquidity so that our staff are compensated promptly every month:
Clients will be billed monthly. Invoices will be generated on the 1st of every month and are due within ten (10) calendar days. Delayed payments beyond the due date will attract an interest charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
For one-off deep cleaning, vehicle grooming, or pre-booked festival maid services, a 50% advance deposit is required during booking confirmation, with the remaining 50% paid immediately upon final inspections and project handover.
5. Client Obligations
To help our housekeeping staff deliver the premium, five-star hygiene standards promised, the client agrees to:
- Provide continuous, uninterrupted access to electricity and safe running water inside washrooms and cleaning areas.
- Provide secure locker areas or cabinets where our supervisors can lock up vacuum machines, scrubbing pads, and chemical supplies.
- Review and sign the daily supervisor checklist. Any quality feedback must be raised within 12 hours of the shift so we can deploy immediate correctional sweeps.
6. Cancellations & Contract Termination
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and long-term residential society agreements can be terminated by either party by serving a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice. Immediate terminations without notice due to non-compliance will require the settlement of all outstanding invoices plus a one-month liquidation charge.
Pre-booked festive maid services or single deep cleans can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked slot. Cancellations made within 24 hours will attract a 20% convenience forfeiture fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
While Vspark Facilities enforces strict background verification, professional discipline, and safety audits, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business assets, or property damage unless proven to be caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of our deployed personnel.
Our maximum cumulative liability for any proved damages under a service contract shall be strictly capped at the equivalent of one (1) month's service fee paid by the client under the active Work Order.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and all operations of Vspark Facilities are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, arguments, or claims arising out of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
